Mere steps from the luxurious Charles Hotel and Harvard University’s hallowed grounds, this restaurant is favored for its relaxing mood and umbrella-shaded patio tables.  The neighborhood-style bar and dining space evokes the humble elements and simple style of the original Legal Sea Foods in nearby Inman Square. Low ceilings create a mellow tavern feel, accented by stone, brick, dark oak, stucco, and copper light fixtures.  It’s a great escape from the edgy hustle and bustle of  “the Square.”

 

An added feature to this unique location is the vibrant Terrace Bar in the lower courtyard of Charles Square.  Our outdoor bar is open daily in season from 11:00am to 1am, with tented tables and light fare available from 11:00am to 11pm.
