The Fish Market at Chestnut Hill even resembles a jewel box, with its long case of glistening seafoods arrayed like gems on emerald beds of fresh greens.  You’ll find a full selection of fresh fillets and shellfish plus live lobster and so much more.  Choose from salmon, bay scallops, cooked lobster tails, and cocktail shrimp.  Everything is conveniently sold by the pound, so you can enjoy exactly what you want.  Complement your choices with Legal’s homemade sauces and dressings.

Feeling a little more indulgent?  Convenient thermal boxes and dry-ice gelpacks made it easy to take home live lobster. 

Getting thirsty?  The very same award-winning wine list offered in our restaurant is available here for by-the-bottle purchases, at astounding retail prices.  Including champagnes!

The Fish Market, located just inside the foyer to the Chestnut Hill restaurant, can be a boon for your entertaining needs.  We prepare mouthwatering platters of prepared food.  (24-hour notice is preferred for best service, but we’ll do our very best for on-the-spot decisions too!)  Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to recommend catering-style delicious combinations.  Pair crab claws with poached salmon, or ready-to-use crabmeat with whitefish or seafood salad.  Don’t forget chowders, available hot or cold.  We stock classic New England Clam, plus the ‘Lite’ and Rhode Island Red varieties along with rich creamy Fish Chowder. 

Finish your order on a sweet note.  Our full restaurant dessert menu is available for purchase, including traditional ice cream bon-bons.  Advance word to our Bakeshop will also yield the dessert of your dreams, custom-baked to order. 

The Market offers plenty of free parking so browse at your own pace.  The shop welcomes cash or credit forms of payment, but also gladly redeems Legal Gift Cards.
