Here is guide to help you through the clambake planning process:

Food

Our clambakes are served buffet style with a nautical flair.  Our experienced culinary team will prepare your clambake on site.  This guarantees you a fresh and hot Clambake.  We will provide durable paper plates, plastic utensils, lobster bibs, plenty of napkins and all other paper goods needed for service.  Custom menus can be created for theme parties and to suit the taste of the guests. Larger lobsters are available at market prices.

Staffing

The staffing needs of each event will vary. We will be able to determine the specific staffing needs of your party based upon the number of guests and your menu. 

Equipment

Equipment needs vary from event to event. These costs will be dependent upon the menu, the location of the event and sometimes even the weather.  As a full service caterer, we will often need to rent equipment for food preparation.   We can rent tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware, tents and almost anything to meet your needs.
