Watermelon Crush

Our Raising the Bar menu highlights what’s fresh in cocktails.  We list both house specialties and seasonal features - enough to please every palate.  No matter your preference, you’ll find that our drinks are prepared with time-honored bartending techniques and with high quality ingredients, including freshly squeezed citrus juices.  Above all, you’re guaranteed to enjoy a cocktail that has a balance of flavors.
This spring and summer, we are highlighting the flavors of watermelon, cucumber and tea.  The stand-out of the list may just be our proprietary Green Bloody Mary, made with a spicy, tomatillo, cubanelle pepper green juice.  And, back by popular demand, we are offering Strawberry Sangria to join our White Sangria and the Legal original.
In Massachusetts we are introducing a curated gin with top notes of lemon, dill and tarragon created by St. George, a San Francisco craft distillery.  We continue our exclusive spirits program, featuring hand-selected and individually bottled single barrels of Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Eagle Rare 10 year Bourbon and Corazón Añejo Tequila as well as an exclusive rare rum, El Dorado 5 Year.
