Scorton Creek Oysters

We’re proud to partner with Scorton Creek Oysters, a family-run farm on Cape Cod’s Barnstable Harbor, to bring our guests their fresh, local oysters.

These exceptional oysters take about 15 months to grow to their full size of 3–4 inches. They boast a bright and buttery flavor with a crisp, clean finish and smooth texture. In appearance, they are plump and ivory-colored with deep cups.

Each year, owners Scott and Rob welcome the Legal Sea Foods team to their farm for a hands-on tour, offering a truly memorable and immersive experience for our staff.
