Pats Game Day Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Pats Game Day Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of New England (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Legal Sea Foods Restaurant Group, Inc. (“Sponsor”), the New England Patriots LLC, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. Members of the immediate family or household of any such person are also ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.
  2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins October 13th, 2026, and ends on December 1st, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Please check the official campaign landing page for exact start and end dates.
  3. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official Sweepstakes landing page and complete and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Signing up to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
  4. PRIZE: The winner will receive the following prize package:
  • Two (2) tickets to the New England Patriots vs. Denver Broncos game at Gillette Stadium (TBD between Jan 2-4th 2027).
  • One (1) $200 gift card to redeem at Legal Sea Foods. In restaurant only, not available for online orders or e-commerce shop orders.
  • Legal Sea Foods merchandise (approximate value $50).

The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize package is $450. Prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and no substitution will be made except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and all costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize. Game date and time are subject to change.

  1. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry on or about December 3rd, 2026.

  1. CLAIMING PRIZE: The potential winner must respond to the notification email and claim the prize within seven (7) days of the date of the initial notification attempt. Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.  Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of eligibility and to execute an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and prize receipt/release. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to provide required documentation, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
  2. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY: Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Marketing communications will be sent only where the entrant has separately agreed to receive them.
  3. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Legal Sea Foods Restaurant Group, Inc. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legal Sea Foods Restaurant Group, Inc., NPS LLC, New England Patriots LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
