Floor 1 is open Sunday- Thursday 11:30am – 10:00pm and Friday-Saturday 11:30am – 11:00pm for restaurant dining as well as take-out. Delivery and pick-up is now available.
Our Roof is open Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 10:00pm, Friday 4:00pm – 11:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm-11:00pm, and Sunday 12:00pm-10:00pm. Please note, food service ends on Our Roof at 10pm.
We are now open for patio / outdoor dining at Harborside, weather permitting.
Legal Harborside is Legal Sea Food’s 20,000 square foot flagship property on the Boston Waterfront, comprising of three floors and three different concepts under one (retractable) roof. You’ll find a nod to our heritage on the first floor hull, with a casual menu of seafood favorites with a twist, an oyster bar and a market. Those that visit the third floor promenade deck will enjoy a four-season rooftop lounge with a retractable glass roof and walls for cocktails and bites. All aboard!
Located in the Seaport District, Legal Harborside is within easy walking distance to the Institute of Contemporary Art, the World Trade Center, the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, the Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion and hotels including the Renaissance Boston Waterfront, Westin Waterfront and Seaport.
Our validation will net you a $2/hr discount for up to 2 hours in the Park Lane Garage, across the street. (Pay the attendant at the parking booth to receive the discount.) Valet parking is available daily and during full hours of operation for $21 with our validation stamp. And transient docking for boats is available in season at the Liberty Wharf Marina.

Our Legal Fish Markets have daily catch of fillets and shellfish for you to bring home and cook.
Our fresh fish is portioned under optimal conditions in our Quality Control Center and packaged into “restaurant cuts”, the same ones you’ll find in our restaurant.
