A bipartisan favorite, Legal Sea Foods has occupied the nation’s capital since 1995.  Our neon sign reels in Washingtonians who love seafood.  Located on 7th Street Northwest between G and H Streets, we are across from the Verizon Center, around the corner from the International Spy Museum, National Portrait Gallery, Penn Quarter and Chinatown and down the block from the Washington, DC Convention Center.

Make waves at our racetrack-shaped bar or opt instead to sup on seafood underneath the hull-like ceiling in our restaurant’s main dining room.  In either case, be presidential and order a cup of our New England Clam Chowder; it’s been served at every Inauguration since 1981.
